Rolex

The SD4000 has got to be one of the best looking modern Rolex out there. Although some may prefer the cleaner lines of the SubC ( if you can overlook the slightly thicker lugs ). What would be your choice? Whichever it is, there's no denying the powerful ...

Both Submariner and SD are overkills for scuba diving. But if I would like to look like a professional diver, I would wear SD. That watch looks much more balanced. On the other hand, I'm just a Divemaster meaning that I do not really need a professional d... 

is to the bottom of the pool. :) I agree the SD is better balance and more coherent as a whole and in fact also wears a tad smaller than the sub IMO. The only disadvantage I can think of is the relative thickness compared to the Sub. However, this is miti... 

And me being a Sub guy, the SD reigns supreme in this match up, Fernando. I am simply gaga over it! One of my favorite Rolex in the current lineup. Great pair, btw! Enjoy them to the fullest! All the best, Alex

I owned a 10 year old SD and wanted something new. I've been a Rolex fan since the days of Mike Nelson on "Seahunt" and over the years have owned quite a few Rolex watches. I am disappointed in the redesign of the case and find the "oversized" lugs to be ... 

fernando, I prefer the new Sea Dweller to the Submariner, mostly because of the lugs. Regarding the date window, I marginally prefer the clean look of the no-date Sub but, again, would go with the Dweller since the date can be handy and is unobtrusive wit... 

I favour the SD slightly for it's overall appearance and composure. :)
