Root cause is: Rolex + Me. I don't mind they send me a truck load of Rolex for testing to see where their weaknesses are.

At least they offered you a new watch last time, some other brands would not do that. The workmanship seems to have become sloppy over the years. Let us know what happens.

One day I pull the crown out to set it and it didn\'t work! I was the first owner, only two years old. It didn\'t click into position two, just winding and that\'s it!

Although, I think the blind faith some people seem to have in their infallible reliability is a bit silly. They\'re a good watch yes, but there are other brands. I\'m really looking forward to the future with my grand Seiko for example. I want to see how ...

Many of us don't associate Rolex with loupe and we all use Rolex like tool watches so it's easy to miss and accept some lint or dirt. ...
