Good with a steak or some heavy food. I'm a bit of a bottled water sommelier, I specifically choose different waters for different courses as I do wine. Hallstein would be good for a pork dish. For a big steak, I'd recommend a very "hard" water (the harder a water is, the more minerals it has in it) like Apollinaris.
