Absolutely love the everrose..
I was hesitant at first as I thought a RG all gold Rolex would garnish a lot of attention. But the color actually appears more copper in the metal. My non watch friends didn’t think it was gold at first and that’s a big plus for me. It’s a heavy watch as the links are solid gold but I love that it feels special on the wrist. Now that I own it I have absolutely no regrets. The only YG Rolex I would buy would be the green dial Daytona but there’s probably a lot of us in that camp. Honestly if you’re thinking about it I would pull the trigger. Best of luck on your search.

I declined on the GMT in full everose
because I personally don't like the case - however, the color is superb!
Even though I have a GMT (different brand), it's not my favorite complication...
it sounds good on paper, but I tend to keep one time zone on the wrist and the reference time zone on the phone. The one situation I used the GMT was when my head office (manager) was in Europe and I was working in Japan... just my opinion ;-) Casey

I've seen and tried both and have owned full white gold Rolex Daytona.
Everose is luxurious and warm, perhaps more approachable than yellow and goes beautifully with the bezel colours. Yellow is classic and timeless and a great match with the blue bezel and dial. I wouldn't call everose low key but it is more so than yellow....
I would prefer the the GMT.
