Rolex

Friends, I had the chance to see the new Rolex Cellini Moonphase. A very elegant, pointer calendar, sector dial, moonphase, 39mm Pink Gold case. Even if we are already aware of Cellini as a non-Rolex Rolex line, this one really don't look or feel like a R...  

For the price, there are a lot of choices , no sapphire caseback to admire the movement is a no no for me. But, if one really want to own the Cellini moonphase which is the dressy line, go for it. And it should be a very accurate mechanical watch. My two ... 

For me, as said, not a big fan of the minute track, but I like the case back. The most "Rolex-like" of the watch, IMO. The movement do not have very exciting decoration or architecture, so I rather see this case back. Thank you for your input! Best Blomma... 

The only thing it has got against it is the name of the manufacturer. It is getting more sh*t than praise just because it is a Rolex. If it would had said Patek or (maybe even better) AP on the dial people would have gone gaga about it. But I agree with y... 

When people hear Rolex, they expect something else than a very classy dress watch... Either way, I like what they have done with the Cellini line last few years. Made it fresh again! Best Blomman
