This shot was taken 3 months back, when I swam 1.5 hours daily. Haven’t been exercising for 3 weeks now, and my weight went up 3-5kg. Life became so busy this month. The weight gain shows on the face and love-handles. Gotta get back to exercising. It keeps the mind animated and lively. have a great week Myles.
