I had a 36mm with the meteorite masterpiece dial. I liked it so much, it became my “one” for a couple years. Even downsized my collection because it was getting all the wear.
That didn’t last forever, but sometimes I still miss that watch. 
Not for me, but quite an impressive piece!

Dial yes, bezel no.
I can take the stones on the dial but almost every Rolex with stones on the bezel are a no no for me.

Remove the bezel stones and we have a winner. Baguette indexes works alright with meteorite dial IMO

Not really, this picture doesn't do it justice
Of course, it's not as legible as other watches with more contrasting hands, but no problem at all due to the light reflected on the shiny hands.
For the 'right' occasion i say wear and enjoy!
Love it, bezel and all. In fact, i WISH Rolex did the baguette bezel for the RG version.

It's a cool piece indeed, although not a huge fan of those diamonds markers
I'm sure they look better in person and provide good balance to the dial.
