Maybe inspired or whatever, but they look to me to be the same screws, take your point on the FP, but those are totally differant, quite like them actually, look like ninja throwing stars!.
The RD screws look exactly the same as RM's looks like you could use the same screwdriver head on them, inspired maybe a bit weak, I will stick with copy...same screw to my eyes

too strong of a word to use if you're referring to the concept of using specially shaped screws as there're quite a few other brands who chose to use 'customized' screws such as FP Journe:...

These are SPLINE bolts, the design is generic... Can we say that Richard Mille copied Franck Muller with the "tonneau" form and just adding these bolts ? Inspiration is everywhere.
