Without any doubt, a very important assurance to all present and future Richard Mille watch owners. The vast majority of high end watch brands have several problems they try to deal with as best as they can. Nevertheless there are not many who address these problems openly and publicly, and I think none has ever done it trough the highest level. An informed watch collector is or should be aware that a particular watch of any brand can develop problems. More so when he chooses a brand that is on the cutting edge of watch making technology. This kind of recognition and assurance by Mr Richard Mille is certainly proof that the brand is not only focused on selling and developing new models. Taking care of their customers is also a very important aspect. I think this is what every present and future Richard Mille owner would like to hear from the brand they love.
