Personnaly, I appreciate a lot the gesture, and even think it's a good thing that a CEO answers directly to the critics.
I also appreciate that you pointed out some of the problems you had on certain watches of your brand, in total honesty.
Yep, you're right, each brand has its quota of problems, and you're top class enough to not hide yourself behind this argument.
