MY RM11 Ceramic

 

Hi,

I Had similar experiences whereby i had given my RM11 Ceramic went in for case replacement, from an estimate of 6 weeks it came back after 3 months and much to my disappointment the strap was not replaced nor the push buttons were cleaned or serviced. Whereas my Lange came back from service with standard procedure of complete polish and a replacement strap FOC.
They are new in the watch industry and i feel it will take them years to mature to come to the level. But i was informed by my AD that warranty period of my RM was extended to 5 years which proves the fact that they are pushing to excel.
