Hi,
I Have a RM005 FM Ti, I have a little esthetic problem Inside the Watch after an after service.
Normaly the period was 3 months to have my Watch and 2 weeks later I have it !
I'm very happy about RM after service.
Lets face it, for the price point, this should not happen. However, as mechanical machines, such machines require periodic adjustment. Those who claim they do not, I would argue that the length of period is as yet unknown!
But servicing, by most high end brands, including Richard Mille is a time consuming event. Frustrating? Yes! Annoying? Yes! But most brands will take between 4 to 6 months irrespective and most tend to the higher end of that range. Customs, watch in the queue, limited resources for the high demand brands, time of year (this time of year CH is all shut; SIHH and the lead time to it is a no-go) all contribute.
Sorry. I can only hope that you have the watches back on your wrist so very soon.
