Ping, you are to be heartily congratulated on this great review of a watch which admittedly has escaped my notice, and likely that of others as well, until now. What a stunning timepiece! You know I'm a sucker for the "little things" -- those details make or break a watch for me. The RM007 (the model # is tantalizing for me, a huge James Bond fan) is chock full of beautiful details that make me now lust for one. I love the shape of the crown, the unique bezel screws, the pinhole view into the gear train from the dial side, the micro-balls and I could go on...
I generally dislike ladies watches, but this one is a true delight! Thank you for a wonderful read, and thanks Richard Mille for giving us gals a mechanical timepiece that's more than just a pale shadow of its male counterpart. I'd be proud to wear this piece!

RM cases...
Yes, it's pretty amazing. I think they made all the right changes in the all the right places. Sometimes simply sizing down a watch makes it lose some appeal but the RM 007 has the same amount if not more. Thanks for your comments.

Yeh, it was the only watch that I've reviewed that I actually wanted to keep. Great idea to possibly pvd coat the micro-balls. I wonder if they could do that since the balls are so small. Will have to find out from RM about use in a men's version. Thanks ...

Yes, I do think it would make it more feminine looking if that is what you are going for...maybe just the bezel or hour markers. A lot of the models with the diamonds have the colored field in the middle which I'm not a huge fan of but is more feminine. U...

Delightful women's watches...
There really aren't many out there. That's for sure. I'm like you. Not many of them appeal to me but this one definitely charmed me. I think I'm on a mission now to find other ones that do too. I just wished that RM watches weren't so darn expensive, lol....

...between the RM 007 and PSM. They are so different. The PSM is more classic and I love it but nothing compares to something that was made specifically for you. I'm sure AT wouldn't mind seeing the RM 007 on my wrist all the time. He'll have to sell many...

I wasn't aware that this watch was made in a "restrained" version. It would be outstanding with a dark strap. And the lug design is ideal for the smaller wrist. Ginger
