However I would like to add that one common theme permiates the 'problem' threads, and that is that once they have been back to RM the problems are fixed and the watches remain reliable.So to me although an issue, I have total faith things get sorted quickly & I end up with a stunning timepiece that no one else can provide.

Reality is the best measure of any situation. Rejections rates 90 %, blah blah blah... quality control up to so and so standard. Thats all well and good but the ultimate proof is on the customer's wrist.
