Boutique service
It was pretty frustrating to be honest. If you look at pictures on social media or even listings online you can see that the rubber wears down on the crown fairly easily over time on manual wind RM's. I specifically told them that I only wanted the rubber piece replaced only to find out after waiting a month for an estimate that the watch "needed to be serviced when sent to the service center" which meant a bill in the thousands of dollars because it was out of their "3+2 warranty" period. Not like I could have said no and opted for an aftermarket crown since they don't exist. To their credit as soon as I approved the estimate the watch was back in my hands within three weeks but it's kind of ridiculous to have a flimsy piece of rubber like that on watches that retail north of $100k that you can't replace in a boutique if you ask me, but i guess that's the price you pay for a brand as exclusive as RM ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Case

Yes!! Nailed it

My eye did not pick that up initially - but once you mentioned it, it became blatantly clear; this is an 035-01 case with the 027-02 movement squeezed into it. Seeing 3 'horns' on the case sides vs 2 paired with the tourbillon movement is rather peculiar....
