yes, you are totally right when it comes to that the showcase function of the RM boutique is almost gone.  but still the function of CRM still there. the point is that the operation team should understand the importance of the customer relationship management is still the TOP things for the brand, even though they are so hot on market.  offline event, exhibition of dis-continued pieces, and seminars for the brands fans etc.  Acutally , a lot lot of RM owners dont know or understand the watches they bought, they just bought it coz rich friends and celebrities bought.
