My favourite... and why.
By: CGJ0 : May 5th, 2010-12:26
Relatively new to the whole watch aficionado stage I heard of Piaget as a result of researching into a music video (Take a Bow) in which Rihanna is seen wearing a gold Piaget Polo. I liked the watch for it's timeless classic look that looked desirable in ...
Interesting observations!

I had borrowed the jeweled Altiplano Double Jeu from Piaget briefly, and I had the same feeling that the watch crossed all boundaries of gender and styling. The Piaget Polo is so iconic. It's a fantastic piece that evokes both elegance and sportiness. Che...

Is the square shaped Emperador in rose gold with small seconds subdial and power reserve. This was one of the first Piaget's to catch my eye, and maybe its like the saying you never forget your first love. I've looked at other watches from Piaget and othe...

The black Altiplano
By: flawless51 : May 5th, 2010-18:47
The black Altiplano gives us a chance to own and enjoy such classic styling in a brand new watch. Although fairly minimalistic, this Altiplano is still bold, classy, and is of tremendous craftsmanship. Definitely a piece to own for a lifetime.

I generally really enjoy dark colored dials. White metals with black/blue dials are quite possibly my favorite color palette on a watch. The thin proportions of the Altiplano coupled with the expansive dial create a watch with great visual presence. Cheer...
It is a beauty!

I love the use of the skyscraper motif on the dial. I think Piaget makes very unexpected and romantic watches. This one perfectly captures the boldness and architectural beauty of NYC. Cheers, Daos

...there are several pieces from Piaget past and present that I would love to sport on my wrist. You have selected an outstanding trio to highlight! I agree that Piaget does thin dressier pieces so beautifully. They just work for me too! Cheers, Daos
No doubts.

The Altiplano Italia Limited Edition. Definetly one of my favourite all around, at the moment. Why? Because I love its simplicity, its thinness and the union of light blue and gold. This last unique feature make this watch really exceptional and unconvent...

Blue is my favourite colour, and I agree on your point blue dials are really beautiful, I love the way they reflect the light. Even the blue dialled Datejust is one of my favourie. Thus a blue dialalready makes the trick to me. Then if you add a blue wris...

But a definite winner. You can wake me up for the Emperador Coussin. A beautiful complication. A beautiful case (white gold of course). A beautiful dial. Although large it is not thick. Round, but not really round. This is exactly my style. Look at the di...
