Even without the seat…. what‘s the purpose of a sign showing that you’re allowed to push a bike? I mean, it doesn‘t prohibit driving it, does it?

Hmm, does make sense. Never seen it before, though. In our pedestrian areas it‘s never allowed to ride a bicycle unless explicitly allowed by a sign.
