Delighted with the arrival of my 5396R-015. Especially that it has been discontinued and this is one of the final ones produced.

I think the diamond markers really make it, and are very subtle - which I particularly love!

Love the diamond hour markers ! In most of the photos, the color of the dial looks quite dark. How is the blue dial in the metal ?

As usual, it depends on the light. It does from quite dark, to a nice semi-vibrant blue in direct sunshine. ...

…what is the tab looking thing on the case back? It looks like something to open a hunter back but it’s already an open back? Regardless of what it is, it’s a beautiful piece! 😊

I hadn’t noticed it until you mentioned. At a guess, to help with opening the case back for servicing, but really I don’t know 🤷🏻♂️. My inclination was to pull at it to see what happened, but though better not to 🫣😉
I would be similarly tempted to pull on it 😂
But now I have an interesting question to ask our AD next time!

Yes, it's excellent with a shirt/suit. Though, perhaps because of my new-watch-enthusiasm, I have managed to also keep it on my wrist with jeans and t-shirt All the very best, Niall
