Even if its a gr8 watch, and this could to you with any other brand. I have a Lange timezone, that had the hands of the seconds that came out jst like urs, it didnt even took a day to fix, as it wasn't broken, it jst came off, so they didnt took off all the movement. Simple thing to fix... jst happens. U gotta keep the faith, however horologery is about precision and accurancy... these things jst happens. PAtek is still the "king" IMO

There are few solutions a) if you love the piece very very much ask for third one as they say third time luck b) if you are sick with PP ask money back or c) new piece + big discount All the best Damian

sorry to hear that. Have heard of at least 4 other stories of this but not happening to the same person over and over. Hope this gets resolved once and for all soon enough...

You should ask for a third watch from your AD and let PP "slowly" get their watches repaired provided always that you still like PP. Regards Ling
