Mike, always great to see these two watches. And since the 5970R (unlike the G and P) has a yellow/blue moon disc makes for a great comparison.
In the early years of 3970/5020 the G and P had yellow/blue moon discs, then Patek ( IMHO unfortunately) went with the more modern look of black/silver. So it surprised and delighted me that the 3rd and last dial version of5496P went back to yellow./ blue...
