Just joined the Green Party, inspired by few members who are pioneers in the strap game. Ordered this green strap back in May and arrived yesterday…new strap makes it most economical way to feel like a new watch. Happy holidays. Just in time for Christmas...

Of course the brown strap is a very "safe" and classic choice, but the green one adds a nice, lively touch to this 5231 -- it's a terrific match with the enamel of the dial, and it's also perfect for the season! ;-) Enjoy.

Prefer the original but I can understand why you changed it up :)

This green is very dark and can becoming black in low lights. Sometimes change is good 🙏🏻

Both straps look great, but my preference is the bottle green. The multi-colored dial invites many wonderful options. Here are 2 other possibilities,

That's exactly what I was thinking, I believe we are at six 5231 in this thread alone and I'm sure quite a few other members have been allocated this beauty by Patek...Once again a big testament to the remarkable quality of our forum! ;-)

PS: Oh yes, given the overwhelming response (and the many 5231 here!) please feel free to start an "official" roll call if you would like...We probably won't reach Keks' epic 5960 numbers, but at least 10 to 15? (Quite amazing for a Rare Handcraft! ;-)

Here it is, code "241" would indeed be another good choice here! I don't have a 5231 but I just remembered I'm supposed to pick up this strap this week in Italy, which got delayed in summer (it will go on my all-black 5088! ;-)

Plus yellow shoes and you’ll be crowned our supermodel 💪🏻
