Where do the Extracts come from?
HQ or from the service center, which in this case is in Singapore?

If I were to place myself as a potential buyer, and I am finicky, I would of course prefer it flawless, including the spelling. I would be alright with it though if I knew it was a genuine Extract. What about yourself?

While I do appreciate the human moment, I certainly would also want a proper extract. Wrote the service center and they were very apologetic and said they were expediting a reissued archive from Geneva. Will see if the terms of collecting this new extract...
