The hands do not match for sure. That is a yellow flag to many, a red flag to me. PP would never replace them with those hands for sure. Who knows what else has been replaced?
The dial - I have never seen this variation. A search through the usual suspects - Christie's, Antiquorum, etc - does not reveal this dial variant either. The cut off applied hour markers at 5 and 7 o'clock are especially strange.
And your papers look to have been modified at some stage with a pen, which is not good, and would be another red flag for me.
