It looks nice on the first view ...
but misses some features I would like to see when we talk about Ref. 2509.
"This oversized crown has no insignia at all. Is this correct?" I have seen both versions, original from PP. Two different versions from the beginning? I don know, but quite often there is a (official) change during service.
"A good
friend claims the watch should feature dauphine hands?" The most common version came with dauphine hands, another dial with very sexy/special indexes and the small seconds indication looks more puristic (slim cross).
"What are your
thoughts?" Without further information from PP and looking on the papers, I would not put any money on it.
