The watch is beautiful and I know you'll enjoy it.
As to what is original or is this correct or not. I would suspect this piece has been serviced by folks other than Patek during its life, not to mention that Patek would accommodate client with slight customizations like changing dials and hands. Given the age of the watch, any number of things could have been done.
If you send it back to Patek for service, I'm sure they could restore it to original if requested.
Regardless, a great watch!
