Very nice 5196P, Nicolas. I have been thinking of acquiring this beauty for a long time.

The slightly centrally located small second is due to its small caliber hand wound movement inside. Patek is very clever in the dial design, the Breguet style solid gold numerals create an illusion that the small second is perfectly located. Besides it's great that the number 6 is a complete one.
