True! The diamonds are not "Bling Bling"
It's even difficult to realise that diamonds are used when the watch is on the wrist.
The dials are more blue and less grey than the standard dial. I can't say about the standard 5711P - I handled the watch a lot a year ago but can't say exactly about the dial colour. The feeling is pretty much the same.
The anniversary printing is quite hard to notice. It does not really disturb when the watch is on the wrist.
One thing I was surprised about: the chronograph counter is really three dimensional and executed in a great way by using there a darker blue.

From the picture seems the engraving on dial is almost invisible? Is it so in real life? If so it will be a great news: subtle engrave that you will only notice at certain angleļ¼
The anniversary print is nearly invisible and please note that the watch is much smaller
than the press photos or mine. I guess the owner will see the text because the owner knows that the print is there. But for sure a person next to the owner will not see the print nor understand that the indexes are actually diamonds. Best, Kari

Great shots and the dial on the 5711P looks absolutely stunning when it goes very dark blue/black.
The blue brings into my mind Andaman Sea
and its deep blue waters. By the way: one of the finest diving spots of the whole world. If I would buy (and get the allocation), I would use once 5711P and a dive. No weights needed on the left side... Best, Kari

I think the Chrono because of the size but having seen neither in the flesh I need to reserve judgment! What remains clear is that the live photos are indeed giving a far more appealing impression of them both.

They are well done watches.
My only comment is that they are suppose to be sport watches in the maritime mode , so to be made of platinum would contradict the sports mode then it has bling. Making it more dress watch than a sports watch. But this just my opinion. But its an annivers...

From the back 5711 is same as the standard
version and the chronograph movement is the same as in 5980. I did not take photos from the back because I did not want to show the serial #. Best, Kari
