The G for me based exactly on your reasons! The blue just pops! Having said that, I completely agree that any 5100 is a winner!
G for me
I have seen all 4 of these in the metal at some point in time. I too find the combo of the white gold and the blue face to be my favorite. I have yet to get one though as the timing, price, or condition have never worked out. Some day....

Love the sunburst blue dial. Although the combination of rose gold and grey dial is very charming as well…
