Patek Philippe

Hello all, I am a huge fan of the Patek Philippe 5035 Annual Calendar. This was the model of the very first Patek Annual Calendar - a complication invented by Patek Philippe itself in 1996. In recent years the bigger 5146 has replaced this model. Some say...  

... even i don't like the word bargain. Indeed the small size makes it less in demand with today's taste of size. Still its a beauty and if i had a smaller wrist, i would go for it my eyes closed. One of my favorite, love the Roman numerals, such a simple...

And as I see from your previous history, you have discussed this subject before. And obviously really enjoy this model Which of course is perfectly acceptable. But why do you have to mention the price and the word "bargain", so many times in your various ... 

What is the "bargain" about? 5035 was discontinued around 2005. The last retail price for J model was $26,500. Now, in 2012, 7 years later that same watch is sold for $21K. Basically, you have lost your money if you just talk about investment value here. ...

outstanding value for what it is and the impact it made on the industry. I feel confident that its importance will be realized in the future. A great watch to keep.
