...Routine service plus, according to Patek, the lugs are actually not as original (the holes for the spring bars have been filled) so they will re-drill the holes (as per the other two tone example) to take the proper spring bars.

Not at all mate, coz 5070 is just popular for its bigger size as huge cases are quite sporadic in Patek Philippe, otherwise definitely the vintage versions have a more classy and sophisticated presentation.

What about the movement ?
So far the comparisons have only been about the looks................what about the movements ? Isnt the Nouvelle Lemania Ch 27-70 probably the best chrono movment from Patek so far ?
