Mine was actually released as a ladies watch in a limited edition of 80 pieces but when I saw it, I just had to have it because that comes close to my perfect Patek. In fact, it remains the watch I have owned for the longest period which is a testament to its beauty. Believe it or not, mine is in rose gold too even though it looks so much like yellow gold. I even took it with me during a factory visit to question the experts and they confirmed without hesitation that it was in rose gold. Patek only uses 3 microns of copper for its ladies watches instead of 4 microns of cooper which it does on its men's watches. The rose gold Nautilus however uses 5 microns of copper.
