If you allow me, I will start with comments on your choices and then I will say my three favourite Pateks.
I kindly ask you to consider that, these are my very personel opinions according to my taste and contains no objection to your comments. Different taste of each individual creates perfect discussions on this platform which ends up with "learning great things about horology" and it makes our hobby fantastic. So I start now.
5959 : I agree that it is a great watch but,... there is always but for me. First of all the size of it, unfortunately not for me. I would lovely welcome 36mm or more , even 35mm, but 33.2mm is too small for me. Secondly, the design of lugs and their attachments to the case is a bit far from aesthetic compared to other great Patek grails. Thirdly, chronograph and seconds subdials cut 2,4,8 and 10 numerals disturbingly. And lastly, I would expect applied breguet numerals in such a legendary piece, but I can understand the difficulty of enamel dial with applied numerals. However I am totally agree with you on the technical side for building and locating this great movement into a such a thin and small case is really big issue.
5029 on the other hand, is absolutely great watch. With 35mm rose gold case, applied breguet numerals, perfect hands and no cuts in small second subdial makes it visually very balanced. Absolute grail. Also being a rose gold case is very important. According to Mr. Jean Pierre Hagmann who built the most of the legendary Patek Philippe minute repeater cases, rose gold case sounds best. And this particular 5029 series all manufactured in his cases. So, so, so important and valuable minute repeater besides its excellent purity and dial deatils. However (yes again
), I have the same case / lug point like 5959. I just say I wish 5029 has the 3939 case type.
3939P is carrying the best case type in my opinion but the size again small for my eyes. I am not sure if tourbillon is necessary either.
Now, coming to my first three Pateks are, 2499J first series with 37,7 Wenger case. The best dail in my opinion, combined with great Wenger case and with legendary perpetual calendar chronograph movement.

5970J with Breguet Numerals. Unique piece of famous musician. I have special passion for all 5970 series.

And the last one is 5029 R. which I completely agree with you here.
All the best
