I have been watching the smaller Golden Ellipse models but my wrist is nearly 8 inches and those watches look too small. In normal cases I really dislike big watches and think that those suit well to small men who want to look a bit bigger...
For me the preferred size is normally around 38 mm. However, I have i.e. Patek 5120 and I don't find it too small even it's just 35 mm. One reason why I like Patek a lot is that they have not been very eager followers of the hype of over-sized watches.
I agree with you about cal. 240. It is really fantastic. In addition to my 5120, I have also 5110P and 3712 equipped with the same cal.

Technical prowess, heritage, workmanship, reputation. All are attributes that we, watch enthusiasts, value and share, but beauty, at least for me, always come first. Marcelo
