Mark, it seems not many purist know much about MR, hence why I wanted to open this discussion. The MR is what PP is best known for and what makes the brand so special. Understanding the MR is understanding an important element of horology and PP history. It doesn't matter if one can afford one or not, any PP or even horology lover should know a little more about the grail of all grail timepieces. I was under the impression this forum had some serious, highly knowledgeable collectors, I just wanted to listen and share their views. I have personally had enough of threads about the Nautilus.
