Superb example of the classic 3970
I always loved this watch but sadly for me the proportions don’t work on my wrist. If I were a safe Queen type of collector then I would undoubtedly have a 3970 in my collection.
However your watch looks perfect on your wrist which is wonderful.
In my book one of the great patek classics full of Patek DNA and once again I will say….. they don’t make them like this any more.

I thought the platinum version of this watch came at the end of the cycle for the 5970. Maybe in 2004? I love the diamond markers.
