A splendid watch

I thought the platinum version of this watch came at the end of the cycle for the 5970. Maybe in 2004? I love the diamond markers.

I love the 3970 I will own one someday soon hopefully. How is your Lange Perpetual doing? Will you post your impressions of the watch?
