is an important topic for me. Quite often people treat their watches like "shit", something they would never do with their car (at least in Germany). If you can´t afford the service you shouldn´t buy the watch - total cost of ownership is not only buying. Would appreciate it if AD´s would be more proactive regarding this topic. Maybe the brands should think about something like "Customer Life Cycle". From my point of view it could be a win win situation.
On top there would be less watches in bad or even horrible condition in the second market. Just saw too many bad or non serviced watches out there.
