Quick date change in 5235
I would point out that there are subtle but definite differences between the annual calendar module on 5235 and that present in the 324 cal. of my 5146 and other current Calatrava and Nautilus annual calendar references. Notably, the date change in 5235 is very quick. I wouldn't say it is instantaneous, but the whole process of date change is over in less than 5 minutes. I have not had the opportunity to check the date change in the 59--, 28/520 cal. based references, but in my experience 5235 has a unique, refined movement and a superior annual calendar mechanism to that present in my early 324-based 5146.
It is possible that some potential 5235 buyers were put off by the initial "íssues" that delayed its deployment, although I must admit I never found out what those were. All I can say is that mine has had 5 months of frequent use and I have had zero issues with it.
