I've owned the 5054 in rose gold and I can tell you its a real pleasure to wear. The watch has a real charm to it, that i'm not sure how to describe but it always made my day to look at it. Its honestly one of my favorite small complications as Patek call...
it looks like the 5712 ,i assume same movement
if so then i don't see any problems atlas from my experience
