Hello Dancing Fire
I've owned the 5054 in rose gold and I can tell you its a real pleasure to wear. The watch has a real charm to it, that i'm not sure how to describe but it always made my day to look at it. Its honestly one of my favorite small complications as Patek calls it.
as for the 240 movement, in my own personal experience I have always found that the mini rotor does not wind the watch well enough. I have owned several pieces with this movement and gotten the same results from all of them. This does not bother to much because I just think of the watch as a manual wind watch and its a pleasure to wind anyway. The movement its self is beautiful to look at.
Its kind of frowned upon to talk of price on the forum but if you would like to PM I would be happy to discuss my limited knowledge on the subject. I sold mine several years ago so that information is most likely not very valid anyway. You can also go to antiquroum and look up the pieces that sold at auction recently or even Ebay.
