I was in exactly the same situation and decided to do what our mutual friend suggested (i.e. see the watch and try it on before you make a final decision).
I had all but decided on a 5165 - until I saw them together at the same time and went for the 5167. This is not a refection of which is 'better' but simply personal preference - and go for it! (It is surprising how seeing a watch 'in the flesh' does differ from images - however good - and we have seen a few great ones of the Aquanaut here recently!) Forza, e in boca lupo!

I have a 5167 and a friend of mine has a 5165. You can clearly see the difference in size between the two watches: you would not confuse one for the other. The website is clearly wrong. Patek measures its watches the same way so what you see on the websit...
