I love Patek's annual cal.The 5205 is high on my wish list.Hoping to see a blue dial at Basel or some day maybe in the P version.
I have the 5726 and 5960A but personally I prefer the AC with a moon phase complication instead of chrono so 5205 ticks all the boxes for me.

Use winders?
Recently got the 5205g/white dial version. Absolutely love it - legibility, looks, the symmetry and harmony of the dial. One question- do you guys use winders assuming you are not wearing all the time.

About the watchwinder, if you don't wear the watch that much, you can maybe leave it and set it when needed. However, if you don't want to do that, you can put it on a winder and enjoy it. Best, Mark

Very nice AC. I think it is a good choice if you will "only" have one Patek (like me).
