Here's another completely overlooked reference: the Patek Philippe 2454, with is round three-part case with rounded mid-case flanks and prominent welded lugs.
The case measures 35 mm and the watch is powered by manual winding caliber 12-200.

Although I find it quite strange that a watch from the 50's is 35mm which is a large size for that time and whilst I like and appreciate the round 3 part case I find for an manual wind movement watch the thickness for this model being between 9mm-10mm mak...
