Patek can go slow but prices were really coo coo in 2006-2008

Without talking dollar amounts I think people overpaid for wristwatches from 2006-2008. The same way that some people got burned in Real Estate in Manhattan and elsewhere in the country when there was a price correction. It was amazing the huge selling prices at auctions in 2006, 2007, 2008. One bright spot in the economic downturn is that Patek Philippe Wristwatches and Manhattan and Beverly Hills Real Estate is much more affordable than in the past.
