One of the reasons I like vintage watches is that they have acrylic crystals that stick up and protect their bezels.

On a tangent: I still like that Vacheron Constantin with a bark finish bracelet. Fantastic watch and a very cool look!

All the watches you can put crown down (that won't topple over) should be put crown down too!

but judging by the comments I think I was wrong! It never ceases to amaze me how differently people look at, and treat, watches. I think my AP bezel would horrify you.

Some people like their watches with battle scars! Some people are fairly careful with their watches. Most are fairly casual. Neither is right nor wrong!

Some people like to keep their watches in as good of condition as possible. Considering the Nautilus, the areas most prone to scratches are prominently polished and the less likely to scratch areas are brushed! What a reversed logic! But if scratches don'...
