Anything can happen, I just will try to eliminate such possibilities to a minimum but using traditional leather roll.
Similar concept with setting the watches with toothpicks as recommended by collectors here, instead of the WG push pin.

It was expensive but really feels like a high quality finishing. Fitting for the collection, but I almost still prefer cheaper leather watch rolls. Enter text ...
If for some reason, your watch hit the case, causing dents on both watch and this case, I cannot imagine the heartache…

Too expensive for me. But definitely very cool. But nearly 2000 Euros! Way too much! But then again, you could also say, buying a 40,000 Euro watch is too much too.

As a big fan of Rimowa, I like it. But when I saw the item and the price, I found it wasn't a great value. Still darn cool though!
Definitely nice, though my main issue with buying a fancy watch case has always been the temptation it would follow, to keep many watches at home rather than in a bank....a pretty big "No" in Italy! ;-)

Indeed, and I totally loved that it came as a "mini-trunk," which is so iconic for LV.... I found it now on the US website (here LV is aways much more expensive than in Europe), and in USD it looks like we saved $7,450 ;-)

It’s silly to be so expensive. I don’t travel as much with check-ins so their luggage case line isn’t a big priority for me. But it’s definitely confusing why this is priced so high.

probably fits the luggage...made in italy...if you have the luggage i would go for it...and if you can afford USD 2000 for a watch roll you probably dont care that it weighs over 1.2 kg and takes up
a huge amount of luggage space...the owner will fly private for sure
