In another forum they posted prices from an HK auction and a PP 5711P was sold for USD 484k which i find stupid as you can get a MR for that money.

200k for another brand name cluttering up the dial - oh yes totally worth it 😂

But then realized it was a "Tiffany" one. Even if I don't understand why these pieces are more expensive and I'd never buy one (it only proves that the brand can cost more than the watch itself), Tiffany's Patek are always more expensive, that's all!!!

Look at chrono 24 and search for Patek tiffany.... on a calatrava it almost makes no difference. A modern annual calendar .. almost no difference But on a 5711 some people that probably took too much cocaine thin kit's worth 30K and more ...

Only for investment. Tiffany, it must be fit your interrest. A jeweler from NY, a famous name. Nah, i have no warm feeling for Tiffany and a Nautilus. The aquanaut i like.

We as watch guys are have favorites and no favorites and in betweens. The click is there or not. I have the same thoughts about the Nautilus as u Watchlover42. Must we love a Nautilus, because it is a Patek Philippe? Is a brand name what been overhyped, a...

LVMH owns other watch brands that are competition with PP. Perhaps the market knows that the cobrands might not continue, hence the premium.
