Pictures from the 5016R are always very much appreciated.
And they are not blur at all, very nicely taken, actually.

But how come that a 5016R is sold with its own booklet, huge case but without a watch winder?
Still it is the top noch watch from PP, and as someone mentioned already here: the owner applies sophistication on his skin with this purchase.
I very much like the HUGE crown! Wished other watches would "dare" to have also big crowns as it gives them a touch of nostalgia, a touch of authenticity.
The inevitable thickness altough could be in issue in terms of wearability, but the small diameter makes it all relative again, I suppose.
Anyhow: a collectors gem!

Patek only supplies winders with automatic watches
Although the watch is small, it has presence on the wrist due to the contrast of the rose gold and black dial, as well as its thickness. - SJX
Of course, it is a manually wound ... how embarrasing...

And so the purchases were concluded.... and followed by a celebratory dinner at Morton's of Chicago which also doubled a a test venue for the repeater. The restaurant was noisy but the repeater was clearly audible from across the table so it passed. Morto...

Aside from 5970P, 5016 in any metals is something I would like to have someday..... IMHO, its one of the best complications and another one of the most good looking classics I would die to have....! Enjoy it and please wear them both always instead of put...
