I was rather curious about his 5970R, and wondered
if someone could possibly be offering one for a price that just seemed
too good to be true. He explained that he saw that another 5970R
priced higher that had not moved, and that he lowered his price, so he
could sell it fast to help raise funds to buy a 5004P.
Apparently, some lucky person had gotten to him before me to buy the
5970R.
While I suppose it's possible he did sell a 5970R for so little, the circumstances here and the other
information posted have me doubting. It seem like this would be a
rather crafty way to somehow get owners of 5970s to panic thinking they
had better sell their 5970 before the price drops any further. But I
doubt most owners of 5970s are that gullible. So far, nobody has
responded saying he was the lucky guy who purchased the 5970R for such
a great price.
Turboale, if you really did sell your 5970R for sucha low price, I hope you'll understand why we have doubts.
